Can I bring someone with me to my massage appointment?

Yes. The only exception is if you are 18 years or younger.

Can kids get massages?

Yes. If your child is 18 years or younger a parent MUST be present during the massage.

When can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hrs in advance. If the appointment not canceled or rescheduled within the 24 hrs you WILL be charged full amount.

How often do I need to come get a massage?

It will be determined after the appointment if you possibly need to come in nice a month or twice a month.

Can I come in for Lymphatic Massage with my drains in or leakage after post op surgery?

No. Prefer you to come in with drains out and leakage has stopped.

Do I need to bring my bbl pillow with me if I have had a brazilian butt lift?

No. I got all the things you will need for your massage.

Do I need to arrive early for my massage appointment?

No. Come at your appointment time.

Do I wear a mask during massages?

No, unless you feel like have one on.

Do I have a prepay for my service?

Yes. All appointments are prepaid.

Can someone else use my appointments?

Yes. Only family members inside the household will be allowed to use them. Please bring the card that was booked to your appointment. This is a way to prevent fraud.

What is the refund policy?

Depending how the reason you can’t come anymore such as(death in the family, moving to another state etc). If you have a group package and you have use one or two etc. The same rule apply and you will only be able to get the money back for what you didn’t use.

How will I be draped during my massage?

The only body part that will be uncovered is the body part that is massaged on.
